Keepsake Ornaments

Materials:
June Tailor® Sew-In Computer Printer Fabric™
5" square backing fabric
10" ribbon for hanging
Polyester fill for stuffing
Embellishments (ribbons, trims, buttons or beads)

Creating Ornaments:
1. Using photographs on your computer, size to 4" square. Add text or graphics if desired.

2. Following manufacturer's instructions, print image on Sew-In Computer Printer Fabric™ Sheets.

3. Trim printed image to 5" square (1/2" larger than image on all four sides to allow for seam.)

4. Layer backing fabric square and printed Computer Printer Fabric™ square, right sides together. If sewing the hanging ribbon into the seam, position at this time. Place each end of ribbon 1/2" toward center with raw ends extending 1/2" beyond the raw edge of the fabric. Pin in place.

5. Using a 1/2" seam allowance, sew around square leaving a 2" opening at bottom for turning and stuffing.

6. Clip corners and turn right side out.

7. Fill with stuffing and hand stitch the opening closed.

8. Embellish as desired. NOTE: Some embellishments may be easier to sew on prior to stuffing and stitching.
